Reducing our carbon footprint has never been more important. Having fun has never been more essential. Combine the two with Lo-Carb/Hi-Fi, featuring performances from Tenterden songstress
Nina Clark, cool and quirky Hastings trio
The Lucky Ones and Deal's very own
Pierre Vincent, all powered by green energy. Plus a performance from
Up All Night, who happen to be our lovely Community Warden Joanna Vos and her partner Roy Lemon. Roy is a great guitarist and singer and Jo is a fabulous singer too. Only trouble is- she's shy, folks! Make her night by showing up in droves to hear her sing! Plus, an acoustic appearance from the talented
Inburst, who are a group of Homewood students. It'll be a rockin' evening!
Details? right here on
this page, or call T3 on 07506899337.
Tickets are available now from Travelux in Tenterden on 01580 764344 for the princely sum of £5. You can also get them from T3 just by giving us a ring. Five acts for a fiver? You betcha.
There will be light refreshments (teas, coffees, nibbles etc.) on sale (you can bring your own if you wish, but try not to trash the joint - we're in a church, after all!). We start early and finish early to ensure we don't use more power than we absolutely have to - after all, this is a low-energy gig. So join us for a fabulous afternoon and evening with some of the most talented musicians on the planet.
There is one thing that I want to emphasise to everybody and that is that you don't have to get there right at 4pm... it's not one of those "if you're late you can't come in" type gigs... the front doors will be open so people can get there fashionably late! Honestly the number of people who have said to me, "Oh, I'll still be at work so I can't come..." Nonsense! If you want to roll up at 5, so be it! As long as you're there, folks! Oh, an don't forget - the Smoothy Bike will be on the front lawn too for added fun!
Please join us! You'll be sad if you don't!
